Friday Night Movies

I am new to this blogging thing and I am starting to love it more than I thought I would. Except from reading books in my little cuddly nook, I also enjoy movies and I am a well- known movie junkie. I can watch anything but thrillers. They creep me out and mess with my mood. Not that crying to those drama or romantic films don’t ruin it however, I find these gernes to have a certain charm and beauty.

I consider myself being a lost wanderer and a hopeless romantic and for that, I always burst into tears with the first “finding my way and purpose of life” scene or the first “I love you, can’t live without you” one… That’s why I prefer watching movies, especially my favorite ones, alone. Oh yes, I’m such a cry baby! I admit it. Give me junk food, ice-cream and a box of tissues and I am ready to go!

So tonight is Friday night and though I haven’t watched a movie , because I’m trying to finish up my currently- reading book, I took a breath and thought to myself:  Why not post every Friday night the movie that I watched and my thoughts or feeling about it and we can all talk about it? Maybe I can find out about an interesting movie that I have yet to see. What do you guys think? Interested? Let me know on your comments below. I’d love to here your opinion about this new section I thinking of starting. And of course feel free to give me ideas for next Friday night’s movie.

  1. Yes! I’d love to hear about movies you watch n___n. Maybe one day I’ll creep and watch it too. Have you seen the Ruby Red movies? They’re so good! I have a tendency to cry when those really sad scenes happen, ugh. So embarrassing. x____x

    1. Oh my! how did I miss this? No, I haven’t seen it but I intend to now that you’ve mentioned it. I just googled the title and it seems like my kind of movie. Thanks you for the suggestion! 😀

  2. I think this is a great idea! I cry a lot during movies too, so no worries. (Don’t get me started on the puppy scene in John Wick). It’s nice to know there’s someone else out there also shedding tears with the TV on!

  4. Movies are another form of listening to a story. I definitely recommend doing it. I do mine on Monday! Well I would… *is behind on my reviews* I am always looking for more stories to explore whether it’s Movies, Books, or Games! I hope you continue to enjoy blogging. I love your use of gifs btw!

  5. I welcome your idea. I actually started to write about movies I watched lately myself, but I decided to post it on Mondays (because I usually watch movies on weekends), so I called it Movie Mondays.
All in all, I’m looking forward to read what you think about movis…
